We encourage you to submit an abstract for the poster presentation on Friday evening, Oct 28.  Your poster can be an overview of your core, a description of a new service or technology, an overview of your LIMS system, etc.  The goal is to make the poster informative for other core technology labs.  

Instructions for Abstract Submission

• Please submit abstracts no later than Sept. 30 as a Microsoft Word file attached to e-mail to drs@stowers.org.

• The total length should not exceed 300 words.

• Please use Arial font,  size 12.

• Authors should be listed as lead/presenting author followed by co-authors.  Please spell out first and last names and use middle initials.

• Affiliations (organization, city, state/country) should be provided for all authors. If multiple institutions are represented, please assign each organization a number, and list each person followed by the number of the affiliation and then list the number of the affiliation by name.
• POSTER SIZE:  posters should be no more than 42 x 48 inches. If you already have a larger poster, you can still submit; however it may exceed the size of the poster board and hang over the edges.
